Main, Entrance to the building is located in the back, parking is in the rear of the building or the farmer’s market parking lot. Our Suite is located inside the Black Vault on the second floor. Cancellation Policy
🌸 We value your time and ours. Please review our policy before booking:
• Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 20% fee of the scheduled service.
• First no-call, no-show will result in a 20% fee of the scheduled service.
• Second no-call, no-show will result in a booking ban from future appointments.
• If we are unable to collect the 20% cancellation or no-show fee, you will be banned from booking online until the fee is paid.
⏰ Late Policy
We value your time and ours. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, it will be canceled and rescheduled to ensure we stay on schedule for all clients. Please plan to arrive on time or a few minutes early to get the most out of your service.
